A Fairy Tale of New York Written by Jem Finer, Shane MacGowan Performed by The Pogues & Kirsty MacColl. Comparing it to Slow Horses isn’t exactly fair because that show is amazing. I only watched it for fun because I like Ben Whishaw.
The trick is not to overthink it and get your popcorn ready
Yes, it’s over the top unbelievable and there are a lot of plot holes. My DH said it was creepy and said he couldn’t get over the comparison to Slow Horses. Since the fifth season of Slow Horses won’t be available for months, this is a decent replacement.
He was definitely blown away (lol)
I liked the chemistry between Knightley and Whishaw, and that was enough to keep me interested. If DH rated her, he would give the show a 3. "One hundred years of solitude" is one of the biggest TV and streaming premieres this month.
